Tailwind Wheels is part of Wheel-Tec B.V., which includes Tailwind Wheels and TailwindWheels.com. This privacy and cookie policy explains how our organisation uses the personal data we collect from you when you use our website.

In cases where this is not possible in this way, please send a message with your name and contact details to privacy@wheel-tec.nl.

In the event of a request to de-activate an account/profile, Tailwind Wheels will generally respond within 2 working days. For other more far-reaching requests, Tailwind Wheels will in principle respond within four weeks. In the event of a request for deletion, Tailwind Wheels will delete the personal data in question as soon as possible, unless and to the extent that the law obliges to retain the personal data in question or there are (other) pressing reasons which oppose deletion. Tailwind Wheels will send you a confirmation message after executing a deletion request. If Tailwind Wheels has not (partially) deleted the personal data in question, Tailwind Wheels will send the visitor a message explaining why the request could not (fully) be complied with.

If Tailwind Wheels cannot or cannot fully determine to which personal data a request for inspection, correction or removal relates, Tailwind Wheels can ask the visitor to (further) specify his request. Tailwind Wheels will suspend the implementation of the request until the visitor has been informed.
